Young Asian medical students and doctors
brought up here face a unique challenge in the Britain of
today. Some of these, such as prejudice, are the same as the
generation before them. But undergraduates and graduates alike
have their own tests, particularly with working out where they
fit in between two cultures. |

BAPIO can serve a purpose to allow younger members to fulfil their
undoubted potential and achieve excellence. We are a forum where
experiences can be shared and career advice can be readily sought.
More importantly, an appreciation of the two cultures we live in
can be enjoyed socially.
We live in changing
times and BAPIO is the ideal opportunity for young British Asians
to learn from and enjoy the past, present and future.
